I was going to talk solely about the 7's, but Valigrad Vineyard deserves kudos
Valigrad put on a party last Saturday that took on Stonyridge's best. It was weird not knowing anyone, but kinda cool as I was either found wandering about the vines, or up the front applauding the artists on stage with hands fully aloft. Aside from that, I'm going to Wellington for the rugby 7's and I intend to let my hair all the way down. If you're going, drop me a line, or search my FB party called 123456 7's.
For a closer look at the events I enjoyed the most last week. CLICK HERE!

11 cool things to win this week are:
1 x $65 box from www.mischiefboxes.co.nz. Mischief Boxes are a wicked new site that kicked off this week. They have great gift boxes for parties and special occasions, all which you can customize yourself. To win, go to their website, look around and put the name of one of the products they stock as the header for your entry back to me.
1 x Mr Vintage t’shirt. You get to go into their Falcon St store in Parnell and select any t’shirt you like. Their garments are very funky, and the service is always with a smile. Put “Mr Vintage” as the header of your email when you mail me back. Check out www.mrvintage.co.nz.
1 x $50 voucher for www.rosesarered.co.nz. Valentines Day is fast approaching, you don't want to leave it too late to spoil your partner, or secret admirer. To enter, put the day of the week at Valentines Day falls upon as the header.
1 x Double ticket to Bush Party 2009 on Feb 28th. This looks like an amazing event especially if you are a dub/roots fan. If you'd like to attend this wicked party with a friend at no charge. Put the headline act of the party as the title for an email back to me.
1 x $50 bar tab for the Traffic Bar & Kitchen to be used NEXT Friday after work. A funky fresh place (located on the corner of Queen & Quay streets) with the meanest menu in town. It's busy, and there's always something going on there. If you'd like this tab email me with “Traffic Bar” as the header.
2 x Double passes to Pure'n'Sexy 'The Reunion' this Saturday at Ink & Coherent. The line up is the best I've seen at this venue in years. If you want to check it out with a friend put “Pure'n'Sexy” as the header for an email back at me.
1 x Double ticket to see the now famous Hootchie Kootchie Girls burlesque style dancers, at Toto's NEXT Fri or Sat. It's raunchy but not revealing, risky but not rude. Write “Hootchie Kootchie” as the header for your email entry back to me to possibly win.
1 x Double ticket to “In Search Of A Midnight Kiss”, a rom com movie held at The Academy Cinema on Valentines Day. You get a glass of bubbles as you enter the chamber and loads of laughs assured. If you want a good option for this romantic day type “Academy Cinema” as the title for an email and send it to me.
1 x Double ticket to Slinky Cirque du Carnival, on at the ASB Showgrounds on Feb 28th. The main drawcards are UK DJ's Ilogik and Technikal, but for me it's the onstage carnival acts that will be truly mind-blowing. A dance party of international quality. Write “Slinky” as the header for an email back to me to be in the draw.
1 x Double ticket to see David Stassman perform Ted E Bear's farewell tour at SkyCity on Feb 18th. I am so going to this, I'm sure my sides will be split by half time. If you'd like to join me then put “Strassman” in the subject box of an email and send away.
2 x Double passes for “Dropped” at Ink & Coherent NEXT Saturday. It's a Valentine's Day special gig, so expect to see the place in a new light. Same pumping tunes and happy party vibe though. To maybe win, type “Dropped” in the subject box of an email and send it on over here.
